My day-to-day work is enterprise SaaS and developer-facing platforms: multi-tenant systems, RBAC-governed workflows, developer portals, CLI and SDK surfaces, and AI/ML operational products. I partner with engineering and ship in production when provenance, policy, and trust need to show up clearly in the UI. Red Hat - Senior Product / UX Designer

September 2021 - Present

  • Own UX for enterprise SaaS and platform work across multi-cluster contexts, developer portals, AI/ML operational surfaces, and CLI. I embed with engineering and ship UI in production when catalog and policy experiences need to land fast and hold up for admins.
  • Red Hat Packages catalog: unified separate Trusted Libraries and AI Components experiences into one faceted catalog; shipped reusable catalog, filter, and card patterns with accessibility and dark mode on a one-week audit-to-production cadence; information architecture and filtering across seven or more dimensions (SLSA, license, Python compatibility, release stage, hardware variant, and related metadata).   • vLLM CLI: led help redesign for more than two hundred configuration options using progressive disclosure plus keyword and grouped navigation; aligned with maintainers through an RFC process; merged upstream for teams running LLMs in production. Case study
  • CLI and platform UX: embedded in workflows such as bulk prompting and ROSA-style flows; simplified command hierarchies and prompt states (30+ down to roughly twelve core paths); improved naming, sequencing, branching, and error clarity; contributed org-wide CLI standards and cross-product CLI guidance.
  • Scale and enablement: founded UXD Yearbook to onboard more than one hundred UX designers to AI-assisted prototyping; built automated design-documentation workflows; own merge-request and team process practices for the UX team repository.

RefLog - Rugby referee match logging

  • Shipped offline-first, tap-based event logging with field testing during live matches; roughly 70% reduction in post-match review time compared with prior workflows (hours to minutes). Multi-role flows, OAuth sign-in, and configurable feature flags. Case study
